This is to inform you that on Monday the 12th December 2022 it has been noticed that there has been a Cyber-attack / Virus attack at the data server of the Company including Structured Digital Database (SDD) Softwares server in which all the data has been encrypted by ransom ware attack. The technical team as well as management of the Company has immediately taken all necessary precautions to minimize the loss. Further to above this is to inform you that the Company is struggling to get back its entire data including data stored on Structured Digital Database (SDD) as maintained on the said server pursuant to SEBI Rules & Regulations. It seems that Structured Digital Database (SDD) software has got encrypted and may not be recovered due to said Cyber-attack / Virus attack. This is for your information and record purpose.
