With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 as updated on April 13 2022 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporates we hereby submit that Libord Securities Limited does not fall under the Large Corporates Category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid Circular.
