Todays Writing Instruments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities shall remain closed for the directors/ officers/ and designated persons of the Company from February 07, 2017 till 48 hours post the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
