RPP Infra Projects- Partly Paid up Equity Shares (Rights Issue): Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window of the Company shall close w.e.f 1st January 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the third quarter / nine months period ended December 31 2021.The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results for the third quarter / nine months period ended December 31 2021 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly all the Officers Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.Kindly take the same on the record and inform all your constituents accordingly.Thanking you
