Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation we are attaching herewith the Postal Ballot Notice for appointment of statutory auditors M/S NNK & Co. to fill the casual vacany created by the resignation of the current statutory auditor M/S Valawat & Associates. The Postal Ballot notice is being attached and the same will be available on the company website and CDSL portal. The evoting for postal ballot will commence from 06.10.2025 at 9:00 AM to 04.11.2025 at 5:00 PM. The results will be declared on or before 06.11.2025.
