In reference to our earlier communication dated February 5 2026 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday February 11 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Unaudited Financial Results) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.
