We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday December 27 2025 which was commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 12:45 p.m. approved issuance of upto 5 000 (Five thousand) Senior Secured Rated Listed Transferable Taxable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1 00 000/- (Rupees One Lac only) each aggregating up to Rs. 50 00 00 000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores) on a private placement basis (the Issue or Debentures or NCDs).The Disclosures with respect to the Debentures pursuant to SEBI circular bearing reference number: SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations is attached as Annexure - I.
