1)Approved the Statement of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 read with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2)Based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Shankar Aggarwal who is presently Non- Excecutive Director (Independent), as Whole-Time Director under the category of Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
