Insolation Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 12th February 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Nine month ended 31st December 2025.In continuation to our letter dated 29th December 2025 regarding the closure of Trading Window from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and Nine month ended 31st December 2025 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window shall remain closed till 14th February 2026 (both inclusive days) for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
