Apropos the captioned subject It is hereby informed that as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading AND Code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code) and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended form time to time the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st January 2021 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended as on 31st December 2020 for the Directors/ KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the said code.
