Gujarat Foils: Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that as per Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and in view of the clarification letter issued by BSE Limited vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2019 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2019.

Accordingly all designated persons Directors promoters persons acting in concert employees of the Company along with their respective immediate relatives person having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Company shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed.
