Panth Infinity Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/08/2020 inter alia to consider and approve We hereby inform the Stock Exchange that in continuation to our intimation letter dated 22nd August 2020 under Regulation 29 with respect to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday 31st August 2020 the following additional matter is also to be considered along with the other items of agenda for approval at the said meeting of the Board of Directors;
a) To appoint Ms. Neha Patel as an additional Director of the Company;
b) To appoint Ms. Sweety Rana as an additional Director of the Company in capacity of Independence;
c) To consider and approve the Sale of Security Investments of the Company; and
d) To make investments give loans guarantees and provide securities by the Company under section 186 of the Companies act 2013.
