Satia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 27 2022 inter-alia:
1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31 2022.
2. To consider and recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 and other matters.
Further the trading window shall re-open at 9:00 AM on May 30 2022 in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations
2015.
