This is with respect to Newspaper Advertisement regarding approval of Reduction of Share Capital by Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Bengaluru Bench. This is in continuation to our communication dated 23.10.2018 wherein it was informed that Honble National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT ) Bengaluru Bench has vide its order dated 16th October 2018 (Ref: CP.NO.226/BB/17 under Section 66 of Companies Act 2013) has approved the reduction of Share Capital of the Company.
Further the certified copy of the said Order was duly filed by the Company with the Registrar of Companies Karnataka on 30.10.2018 and the same was registered by the Registrar of Companies Karnataka on 17.11.2018. In this regard please find enclosed herewith Notice of the Company duly advertising the Minutes of the order as approved by NCLT in Bengaluru edition of two newspapers viz. The Hindu in English and Udayavani in Kannada on 28th March 2019. You are requested to kindly take the above on record.
