We bring to your kind notice that Mr. Krishnan Narayanan, Nominee Director of IDBI Bank Limited vide his letter dated November 23, 2017 has informed the Company that IDBI Bank Limited vide its letter No.LCG-SSCB.53/763/Nom.8, dated November 22, 2017 has withdrawn his Directorship on the Board of the Company with effect from November 30, 2017.
