Macfos: Intimation Of Warning Letter Received Under Regulation 76 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Company has received a Warning Letter from BSE Limited under Regulation 76 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 dated 21st August 2025 bearing Letter No. LIST/COMP/AP/391/2025-26 regarding non-compliance with the appointment of a Company Secretary. We wish to clarify that the Company had appointed a Company Secretary before its listing on the BSE-SME Platform and the same has already been communicated to BSE. The said Warning Letter has been duly received and noted by the Company. In accordance with the directions contained therein the matter is being placed before the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled for today 28-10-2025.
