We refer to your email of 25th May 2026 seeking clarification on your observation regarding significant movement noticed by the Exchange in the price of our company security at your exchange in the recent past.In this regard we wish to confirm that the Company has not made any announcement (including impending announcement) nor shared any information of the significance in public domain which may have bearing on the price / volume behavior which the Exchange has not noted. The price movement is not attributable to any announcement or information shared by the Company but is consistent with normal market behavior driven by varied external factors.However the Company will as a matter of practice disclose any price sensitive information or announcement to the Exchange in compliance with applicable regulations.We therefor reiterate that the significant price movement of our company security on the Exchange is not on account of any information/announcement made by us.
