Voltamp Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2013, inter alia, has recommended dividend on Equity Shares @ 100% (i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share) and onetime special dividend on Equity Shares @ 50% (i.e. Rs. 5/- per equity shares) to commemorate Successful completion of 50 years in the transformer business for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
