Waterbase Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from January 29, 2016 and will be opened on the third calendar day from the date of Board Meeting i.e. on February 08, 2016.
