Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) please find enclosed herewith the following:
1. The Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2021 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 10th February 2022 as per format prescribed.
2. A copy of Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2021 submitted by Statutory Auditor of the Company.
The said Board Meeting commenced at 12:50 p.m. and concluded at 01.35 p.m.
