With reference to our letter dated July 06 2026 regarding Intimation of cyber security and data loss we hereby submit our response concerning delay in disclosure of material event. Due to cyber attack there was complete system crash and loss of critical data companys login credentials passwords records and other necessary documents stored in our electronic mails became inaccessible preventing us from accessing the BSE Listing Center and filing the disclosure within prescribed timeline. The delay was solely due to these exceptional and unavoidable circumstances and was neither intentional nor with any intention to withhold material information.
