With reference to the earlier Announcement dated May 30, 2015, regarding Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2015, Starlit Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that there is certain typographical errors occurred in submission of annual results for the year ended 31.03.2015 in respect of the Consolidated Results.
The following typographical errors occurred in the consolidated results:
Consolidated results:
1. Column No. 3 stand alone results were typed at the place of consolidated results.
2. Minority interest was not typed separately.
3. Promoters shareholding and paid up capital was typed incorrectly.
4. Typographical error in column no. 1 of the first half year ended March, 2015 figures.
Further Company has informed note that there has not been any revision in the Standalone Annual Financial Results as a result of the present correction.
