We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26th May 2022
inter-alia has approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and
year ended 31st March 2022 along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors as per
Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations 2015 and the same is attached herewith.
