Further from December 2018 till 15th October the Managing Director was authoirised for functioning as compliance Officer till new Company Secretary is appointed. This submission of Board resolution of first appointment of Company secretary already in record with BSE before listing of the company in November 2018. Now updated in Dashboard as triggered.
