This is to inform regarding the outcome of 18th committee of creditors Meeting of M/s DQ Entertainment International Limited (Under CIRP) held on Tuesday 5th September 2023 at IST 15:30 Hours (3:30PM) at Hyderabad Telangana. The CoC Members had discussed and suggested kept foe E Voting to initiate Liquidation Process under section 33(1a) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016 and Approval of Liquidation cost. The Committee also approved the other relevant operational legal and administrative items.
