Baba Arts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 30, 2014.
2. To diversify the business activity of the Company and for the said purpose to approve in principle and subject to approval of members of the Company, alteration of the Main Objects of the Company by inserting the objects to undertake:
a. The undertake business of imports, exports, traders in all kinds of materials and goods including Plastic Raw Materials, PVC, Electronic Items, Electrical Goods, Cosmetics, Toiletry etc.
b. To undertake business of manufacturing of Plastic Raw Materials, PVC etc.
c. To undertake business of manufacturing of Electronic Items, Electrical Goods etc.
