Further to our letter dated 4th August 2023 intimating the proposed acquisition of a Mining Products business in Australia we would like to intimate that the Mining Product business of Mining Products and Services Pty. Ltd. (MPS) Australia has been transferred to Vega MPS PTY LIMITED (VMPS) Australia. Vega Industries (Middle East) FZC UAE ("VEGA ME") a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has acquired 30% stake in VMPS Australia at a total consideration of AUD 7 860 000.The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023 dated 11th July 2023 are given in Annexure A to this letter.
