ICICI Prudential extends NFO and declares dividend

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund revised the closing the date of ICICI Pru FMP Series 74- 9 Years Plan U to June 23, 2014. Earlier it was suppose to close on June 16, 2014.

The Fund House also announced dividend under the dividend option of ICICI Pru Multiple Yield Series 3 A Reg-D and ICICI Pru Multiple Yield Series 3 A Direct-D.

The quantum of dividend shall be ₹0.0389 per unit. The record date has been fixed as June 18, 2014.
