In continuation to our letter dated 4th August, 2017, intimating the meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 12th August, 20l7, we hereby intimate that company shall submit Quarterly and Year-to-date Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18 (except last quarter) pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and this option shall not be changed during the financial year.
