Varun Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider, and if deem fit, approve the Delisting Proposal pursuant to and in accordance with Section 8(1)(a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 of the Company?s Shares from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) in terms of the Voluntary Delisting Guidelines / Norms prescribed under the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines. 2003 and any other law as may be applicable.
