We wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai has by its approval dated 21st August 2026 granted to the Company an extension of time by period of one month up to 29th October 2026 for holding the 27th Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31st March 2026 under the second proviso to Section 96 (1) of the Companies ACt 2013.
