In continuation of our letter dated February 7 2026 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 13 2026 commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.45 p.m. has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended. A copy of the said Results alongwith the Limited Review Report in terms of Regulation 33 & 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is enclosed herewith.
