Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 as amended we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 17th May 2023 has inter alia approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023.i.Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the Cash flow statement the Standalone Audit Report and Consolidated Audit Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 as Annexure-I;ii. A copy of declaration in respect of unmodified opinion on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results/statements enclosed as Annexure-II.The financial results can also be accessed at the Companys website at https://www.aionjsw.in.The meeting commenced at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 7.40 P.M.
