In connection with the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 intimation letter filed by the Company on 30th March 2021 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company is closed since Wednesday 01st April 2021 and will continue to be close till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive).
