Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have appointed Mr. Ravi Varma as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 22, 2015.
With effect from the said date Mr. A. K. Vijay, Executive Director who was also looking after as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer has ceased to act as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company.
