KPT Industries: Changes In Promoter Shareholding.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that one of the Promoters have sold their partial holding without informing the Company/obtaining Pre-clearance under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 details of the Promoters and shares sold are given in attached letter. The fact that promoters have sold the balance of 25 359 equity shares has come to the knowledge of the Company as on 07-04-2026 only i.e. on receipt of Benpos for quarter ending on 31-03-2026. Accordingly Foreign Promoters Mrs. Nirmala Dilip Kulkarni & Mr. Dilip Arvind Kulkarni do not hold any Equity Shares under the Promoter Category in KPT Industries Ltd.
