In continuation to our disclosure submitted on 04th October 2024 regarding 200-220 rooms in Upper Upscale segment hotel in Whitefield Bangalore under the brand Westin Hotels & Resorts owned by Innmar Tourism & Hotels Private Limited 100% subsidiary of Company we would like to inform/ update you that on 23rd February 2026 the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board ("KAIDB") has approved the layout plans for proposed industrial building situated in Whitefield Bangalore to develop a second hotel with approx. 235 rooms.
