Mazda: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Award_of_Order_Receipt_of_Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform that the company (MAZDA LIMITED) has received an order of Rs. 28.75 Crore (excluding tax) for supply of Multi Effect Evaporator System and Agitated Thin Film Dryer from a leading Waste Management company.The details are provided as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read along with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are enclosed as Annexure - I.Please take the same on record.
