JSW Cement makes a modest 4.4% listing debut

JSW Cement hit the market running today, opening at Rs 153.50 on the NSE, about 4.4 per cent above its IPO price of Rs 147. The listing cheer didn’t last long, though. Within an hour, some traders pocketed quick gains, pulling the stock down to the Rs 151-151.30 range. That still leaves early investors sitting on a nearly 3 per cent day-one gain.
