Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Transindia Real Estate Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Friday January 30 2026 has approved Appointment of Ms. Nishika Hegde (DIN:11359907) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director liable to retire by rotation with effect from January 30 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Further the Board of Directors took a note of Resignation of Ms. Shloka Shetty (DIN:10052463) Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from January 30 2026.Kindly take a note of the same.
