Prima Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, to consider and declare second interim dividend for the financial year 2015-2016 & fix the record date as March 25, 2016 for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend, if declared.
Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain dose from the date of this Notice till the closing hours of March 18, 2016 for all the specified persons.
