In accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from start of the business hours on Saturday, 22nd Day of July, 2017 till the end of business hours on Monday, 31st Day of July, 2017, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Employees of the Company.
