With reference to the subject cited this is to inform that the Board of Director of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday 12th February 2026 inter alia considered and approved the following:1. The unaudited Standalone financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2025.2. To authorised Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to the Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015.Board has reviewed the Limited Review Report in the prescribed format received from Statutory Auditors on unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December 2025.
