Kar Mobiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 19, 2014 to July 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 25, 2014.
The dividend when declared will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders on August 01, 2014.
