Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2020.
At the said meeting the Board of Directors would also consider recommendation of dividend if any on Equity Shares
of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2020.
