This is with reference to the disclosure submitted by the Company on February 23 2026 under Regulation30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODRRegulations) regarding execution of a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) for the proposed acquisition.The Company hereby clarifies that the name of the target entity was inadvertently mentioned as iSERABiological Private Limited in the aforesaid disclosure. The correct name of the target entity is iSERABiological Limited.
