With reference to our intimation dated January 07 2026 we hereby inform you that the Board at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday January 14 2026 has approved issuance of Rs. 1500 INR denominated unrated unlisted and transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (each having a face value of Rs. 10 00 000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) and an aggregate amount of Rs. 1 50 00 00 000 /- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crore only) at par on a Private Placement Basis in single / multiple series.
