2. To confirm the Minutes of previous Board Meeting held on 14th January 2021.
3. To consider and take on record the Reports of Audit Committee Stakeholders Relationship Committee Sexual Harassment Committee Corporate Social Responsibility Committee Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.
4. To consider and ratify the Share Capital Audit Report in regards to reconciliation of total admitted capital with both (NSDL-CDSL) depositories and the total issued/listed capital for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December 2020.
5. To consider and take on record the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020 along with limited review Report thereon.
6. To review working of the Company.
