Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the share of the Company shall remain closed from 30th September 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2020.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2020 will be intimated in due course.
