Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014. The quarterly results shall be submitted for a ?Limited Review? by the Statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from January 28, 2015 to February 08, 2015.
